Lead Hse Specialist

You will develop, coordinate, lead and execute daily workshop production plan. Achieve highest HSE performance while providing direction and assistance to work group.
You will set the Cell operations structure, ensuring compliance of deliverables to plan inclusive of equipment and cost control.

As a **Lead HSE specialist,** you will be responsible for:

- Being the main point of contact for frontline service staff
- Resolving customer issues and being the contact person for the regional operations managers.
- Undertaking direct supervision of frontline HSE service staff
- Identifying and spotting gaps in approaches, methods, procedures and processes and suggesting improvements.
- Managing communication with direct colleagues and the business on data collection and analysis.
- Driving the progress of the HSE culture
- Ensuring compliance with legal, business and customer requirements.

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have bachelor's degree in Safety Engineer
- Have post Graduate Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety
- Have experience in health and safety activities in Manufacturing
- Have solid experience in health and safety activities in companies with risk grade 4
- Be fluent in English language and Portuguese
- Have experience in the Oil and Gas industry will be a plus
- Be able to work in Macaé/Rio de Janeiro
