**Position Requirement**

Minimum Qualifications - 5+ years experience managing projects in data centers or comparable critical infrastructure. - 5+ years experience in Construction or Project Management. - 5+ years experience in Vendor Management. - Excellent written composition and verbal communication skills. - High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously. - Ability to think and react in a high energy, fast paced environment. Preferred Qualifications - Master’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or a related technical discipline. - Expertise in one or more of the following areas: large colocation deals, site selection for industrial-scale projects, real estate evaluation, acquisition, development, and construction, negotiating or managing utility agreements, financial modelling. - Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade-offs, evaluate new ideas with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
