As a Project Analyst, you will support the project management department during the execution of projects, following the manufacturing process, creating project documentation, ensuring that customer requirements are been fulfilled, following NCRs closure and attending production daily meetings, among other activities defined as part of the project plan.

**Main Activities**:

- Perform the contract document review (CRV) process, ensuring that all technical and contractual requirements are identified and cascaded to the project team;
- Originate and guarantee the client's approval of the scope of the project: Composition Drawings and the Composition Overview;
- Conduct the Change Management process for ongoing projects;
- Check and approve Project documents, such as: Designaton Correspondance Table (PIPE-001), Project Definition (PRD) Packing List and other documents to support project execution.
- CLM process facilitator
- Facilitate 3rd party tasks, such as kick-off meetings, follow-up meeting, invoicing, notification, etc.

**Requirements**:

- Required B.SC in Business Administration, Engineering, industrial area and project management or related areas;
- Office Package (with emphasis on text editors and electronic spreadsheets);
- Desirable notions of Visio
- Desirable advanced English skills;
