**About the company**:
MVR Digital is a performance marketing agency in NYC working with early-stage E-commerce brands to help them grow profitably online. From ad campaigns to content production to website and app development, we create experiences that bring your brand’s promise to life.

**About the role**:
This is a part-time, project-based position with the potential to grow.
We are looking for someone who can work within the US time zone (MST) or have overlapping hours.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and develop effective messaging strategies.
- Conduct thorough research to gain insights into target audiences, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Ensure all copy is consistent with brand guidelines and effectively communicates the desired message.
- Edit and proofread copy to ensure accuracy, grammar, and adherence to established standards.
- Collaborate with designers and other team members to integrate copy with visual elements effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in copywriting and digital marketing.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a copywriter in a marketing agency or related field.
- Portfolio showcasing diverse copywriting projects across various industries.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and the ability to optimize copy for search engines.
- Exceptional creativity and the ability to think outside the box when developing unique and engaging copy.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure error-free and polished final content.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with clients and internal teams.
