**The Program Quality Leader represents the Customer Voice within the company and ensures the interface with the customer and internally with the others functions on quality matters****:
The main missions of the role are:

- Ensure that lessons learned from previous programs are established
- Ensure that the best practices are followed in the deliverables of the Program Management System (PMS)
- Ensure on time delivery of PQL related PMS work packages and key deliverables of Program Phases
- Engineering change requests (ECR’s), product quality problems, lessons learned, shop floor solutions Bought in Parts (BIP) component issues that can affect on the end customer, etc.
- Report problems related to the design validation plan and measurement equipment of specs
- Work in collaboration with the supplier quality function when supplier problem brings into risk or effect the end customer
- Give support to the local plant team in case a deliverable is needed
- Be responsible for conformity, perceived quality and traceability of any parts delivered to the customer all along the development phases
- Define and update with the support of relevant function (PML, PDL, IPL, etc ) the definition of the control plan for prototype and pre-production
- Prepare and compile the PPAP (Production Part Approval) files, and supports the Plant Quality Engineer for the submission of the initial samples, including process validation audit
- Represent the voice of the customer within the company and when needed to take leadership with the customer and internally with other quality function, as well as ensuring customer’s requirements that we agreed (according to manuals, standards, etc).
- Focus on specific critical issues handled by other functions of the program core team, to ensure a successful launch and customer satisfaction

**Qualifications**:
Education level: Engineering

Quality or engineering experience in Automotive industry, preferably experience with Volkswagen (VW) group Quality Management System

**Experience**:

- Core tools for product and process development: APQP, MSA, SPC, FMEA & PPAP
- Basic Quality Tools: cause-effect diagram, pareto, histogram, scatter diagram, control chart, and check sheet
- Experience with customer development process
- Good knowledge about Faurecia Excellence system and Quality System Efficiency
- Strong knowledge with the Program Management System PMS
- Leadership and autonomy
- Active team member with great communication skills
- Management skills within the multidisciplinary team environment
