Fixed Asset Advisory Services practice provides fixed asset inventory reconciliation, management and property insurance appraisal.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Independently or as a team member, executes engagements, or, as a Project Manager, manages one or more consultants to execute large or multi-discipline consulting engagements. Execution includes:

- Developing and executing an engagement plan that meets contract requirements, ensuring quality, timeliness, accuracy, maximum profitability, and client satisfaction;
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, standards, and policies that govern the Firm’s services and adherence to Kroll’s Worldwide Practice Policies and Standards;
- Providing effective direction and guidance to all team members to maintain an appropriate client focus and to ensure excellent client service;
- Interacting proactively and effectively with the client, developing a rapport with the client at all levels of the organization to perpetuate future engagement activities. Responsible for communications between the client and the Firm, including any deliverable reports and the presentation of the engagement results to the client, with the ability to defend all determinations made in the final report;
- Providing proper training and assistance to engagement staff, responsible for the quality of their performance and on-going development;
- Establishing and maintaining effective communication with Business Development and other colleagues to foster a respectful, cooperative team environment;
- Mentors, trains and develops staff, working to improve and expand their technical, consulting, and client service skills; includes formal and individual training.
- Collaborates with Business Development to develop and close new business. May include client visits, client presentations, and the development of client relationships.
- Continuously promotes a professional work environment that fosters respect, teamwork, and client service amongst all colleagues.

**RESPONSABILIDADES**:
Executar os projetos de forma independente ou como um membro de uma equipe, gerenciar um ou mais consultores para executar trabalhos grandes ou multi-disciplinares.

A execução inclui:

- Planejar, desenvolver e executar um plano de projeto que atenda aos requisitos do contrato, garantindo a qualidade, pontualidade, precisão, máxima rentabilidade e satisfação do cliente;
- Assegurar o cumprimento das leis, regulamentos, normas e políticas que regem os serviços da empresa segundo Política de prática mundial da Kroll;
- Fornecer orientação eficaz a todos os membros da equipe de forma a manter um foco e comportamento exemplares no cliente, assegurando excelência no serviço prestado;
- Desenvolver um bom relacionamento com o cliente em todos os níveis de sua organização, através da interação proativa e eficaz, de forma a prosperar nas atividades atuais e projetos futuros. Responsável pela comunicação entre o cliente e a empresa, incluindo qualquer relatório ou produto entregável, assim como apresentação dos resultados do trabalho, com a capacidade de defender todas as premissas utilizadas no relatório final;
- Proporcionar formação e assistência apropriada ao staff, sendo responsável pela qualidade do seu desempenho e desenvolvimento;
- Estabelecer e manter uma comunicação eficaz com todos os colaboradores para promover um ambiente respeitoso e cooperativo
- Ser o mentor, motivador e desenvolvedor do staff, trabalhando para melhorar e expandir tanto suas habilidades técnicas como o atendimento ao cliente ; inclui treinamento formal e individual.
- Colaborar com o Business Development na idendificação e fechamento de novos negócios. Pode incluir visitas e apresentações nos clientes e desenvolvimento de relações com os mesmos.
- Promover continuamente um ambiente de trabalho profissional entre todos os colaboradores objetivando sempre o respeito, trabalho em equipe e atendimento ao cliente.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Graduated in engineering, accounting or other field relevant to valuation consulting.
- Project Management, management or supervisory experience, demonstrating strong interpersonal and leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and internet research.
- Knowledge of English language is a differential in the process
