**Position summary**:
The Business Analyst - Account Receivable will help to guide the stakeholders in improving end-to-end business processes and systems by creating detailed analysis, outlining problems, and identifying opportunities and solutions.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Participating in production support and enhancement activities and act as a liaison with business process owners to validate requirements for changes to processes and recommend ERP related best practices
- Managing business process mapping, process re-engineering and gap analysis and recommending opportunities for streamlining, consolidating and optimizing processes
- Participating in user sessions for requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, configuration, unit testing, and UAT
- Managing and coordinating changes and unit and regression testing with integration partners
- Generating test scenarios and scripts, performing unit testing, and coordinating user acceptance testing to resolve and close defects
- Developing work instructions and job aids for end user training
- Assisting with solution strategies for business requirements, enhancement requests and defect fixes and identifying, developing and delivering business process and technical solutions
- Supporting various activities related to development of standardized/centralized analytical reporting, new platform and process capabilities, and subsequent change management
**What are we looking for?**
- Job related experience for minimum 5 years in a similar role wihtin a global/international company
- Proficiency writing functional requirements specifications and bridging the gap between business and technical groups
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization
- Proven ability to facilitate knowledge transfer and translate complex technical issues into compelling business benefits
- Strong customer-facing and communication skills, ability to influence and motivate internal/externals teams and vendor partners
- Fluent English
