Missão do Cargo
- Responsible for analysis and interpretation of different types of data to develop business solutions using machine learning and algorithms, with experience as a tech lead
- Drives the implementation of analytical solutions in different business units, such as Commerce, Supply Chain and Production
- Present data-driven insights and identify optimization opportunities for our business areas.

Principais Atribuições
- Identify and develop strategical data science solutions for business problems
- Present the results of your projects with all the stakeholders and executives
- Support creation of roadmaps and how to prioritize best opportunities
- Make large and/or complex data more accessible, understandable and usable
- Combine data sets across multiple sources
- Act as a tech leader in the data science team, helping with technical and/or soft skills developments
- Use Power BI to create graphical representations of complex statistical models and analysis
- Interact with colleagues to successfully deliver analyses and data solutions and make sure that the solutions developed bring value to our business
- Connect with the MLOps team to help scaling, automating and monitoring machine learning and AI models
- Being a good team player, knowing your role and responsibility in Heineken
- Sharing best practices and contributing with the knowledge and development of your pairs
- Embodying Heineken’s values and inspiring others to do the same
- Researching and developing new technical approaches to address problems efficiently
