**About the role**:
Join our fantastic team as a **Content Manager (Brazilian Portuguese)** You will play a key role in overseeing content strategies, managing content creation and optimization, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stay updated on SEO best practices, market dynamics, and iGaming affiliation marketing trends. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and effective communication skills to drive content initiatives and achieve business objectives.

**As our Content Manager (Br Pt) you will**:

- ** Content Management**- Recruit, train, and manage Content Writers and freelancers, defining needs, conducting interviews, and providing ongoing feedback.
- Define quarterly KPIs, conduct capabilities checks, and organize regular reviews to ensure team effectiveness and development.
- ** Content Strategy and Planning**- Define content needs, create content briefs, and generate content plans aligned with business objectives and sales priorities.
- Ensure content follows user intent, E-E-A-T guidelines, and internal guidelines for compliance.
- ** Compliance Assurance**- Stay informed about regulations and ensure all content is compliant with operator and country guidelines.
- Update documentation with articles mentioning specific operators.

**Your profile should include**:

- Native level of Brazilian Portuguese language coupled with strong writing skills, with the ability to produce clear, persuasive, and engaging content - **a must**
- Previous experience within the content writing landscape, leadership abilities, and experience are considered a plus.
- Solid experience in content writing for SEO purposes.
- Practical knowledge of CMS (WordPress)
