**Job Summary**

The Production Control & Demand Planning Analyst provides end to end solutions that leverage demand planning, production planning and inventory analysis for local made and imported products. Ensure products are available for sales in the accurate time and quantities. Negotiate with Co-Man planners about quantities and priorities of the production run. Imported product orders and shipment FUP. Plan Hill ́s special ingredients availability. Control packaging material inventory at Co-Man plant. Ensure the demand is accurate and catch up with business needs, by managing the S&OP process.

This position reports to CS&L Manager, participating as an active member of Latam team and provides a key role in developing mutually beneficial relationships with Commercial team, third party providers, and regulatory agencies.

Responsible for production planning (local), right sized inventory, efficiencies, measurements: Case Fill%, SLOB%, Inventory DOC, FTG/Cost per lb & Demand Planning Bias%.

He/She reaches targets by facilitating the S&OP process, collaborating with cross functional partners (internal/external), supporting commercial accurate with correct product flow (local and imported) to avoid Out of Stocks.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Responsible for Demand Planning Bias;
- Facilitate the S&OP process routine (Statistical, Consensus, Risks & Opportunities, Final Agreement);
- Elaborate inventory analysis for local & Imported products. Production plan for local products;
- Coordinate production planning meetings and order the agreed production volume to the Co-Man;
- FUP on local made products daily production and decide when a priority change is required;
- Work with Co-Man Procurement to ensure accurate PM inventory level;
- Responsible for Shelf Life Control;
- Develop and submit actions to meet critical metrics targets.
- Analyze inventory and ongoing orders of imported products. Also keep the target inventory level or them to avoid OOS and SLOBs
- Put orders to Hill ́s US products and FUP on the estimated dates of shipping/receiving
- Keep team updated of any delay & impacts
- Control Import costs, specially demurrage
- Put together monthly reports for both SC and local commercial team

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in Supply Planning and/or Demand Planning and/or inventory
- Proficiency with SAP and Excel/Google Sheets
- Advanced level of English

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in Comex
- Knowledge of extrusion manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of S&OP processes
