Estamos em busca de uma pessoa Analista de Recrutamento e Seleção para atuar com foco exclusivo em vagas operacionais, com alto volume de contratações. Essa posição terá papel essencial no suporte à expansão da operação em Cachoeirinha, sendo responsável por executar os processos seletivos ponta a ponta. A atuação será híbrida, com necessidade de presença física no centro logístico em dias estratégicos, especialmente durante etapas presenciais dos processos seletivos e integração de novos colaboradores.
**Responsabilidades**:
Conduzir processos seletivos de ponta a ponta para vagas operacionais
Alinhar perfil das vagas com lideranças da operação
Realizar triagem de currículos, entrevistas (remotas e presenciais), e aplicação de testes
Apoiar no onboarding de novos colaboradores
Acompanhar e atualizar indicadores e status das vagas
Atuar em parceria com os times de Gente e Operações, garantindo agilidade e assertividade nas contratações
**Requisitos**:
Experiência com recrutamento e seleção de vagas operacionais e de volume
Capacidade de atuar com múltiplas vagas simultaneamente e com senso de urgência
Boa comunicação e facilidade de relacionamento com áreas operacionais
Disponibilidade para atuação híbrida com presença presencial frequente em Cachoeirinha/RS
Desejável experiência com plataformas de recrutamento (Quickin, Gupy, Kenoby ou similares)
