The current vacancy is for an Inside Sales role for the Brazilian market. The role involves both inside sales and account management. This means you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of sales strategies and account management.
- In this role, you will have to identify and qualify new sales opportunities through research, networking, and outbound calling. In addition, you will develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Last, you will present and promote our client products and services to potential customers.
- Our client needs you to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing customer needs and concerns promptly. Develop a deep understanding of each account’s business, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
- The primary accountability for this role is to conduct regular follow-ups with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives. - You are responsible for maintaining accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system. Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to the management team.

The role will be of interest to individuals who have a positive mindset about sales and strive to perform at a high standard. You will know that there are levels of behaviour that are expected of a professional salesperson. You will be able to work as part of a team but also be able to be very disciplined whilst working remotely. You will have a keen interest in sales processes, enabling systems and sales techniques.

**Structure**
- You will report to the Inside Sales Team Manager and your primary working place will be remote.
- The role is based on a 40 hours’ week from Mondays to Fridays
- The contract provided will be a freelance contract

**Minimum Job Requirements**
- Fluency in Portuguese, written and spoken, this is a mandatory requirement for this role
- Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Some experience or transferable skill from a previous role related to a sales, marketing or sales support role
- Experience of working to time-based targets
- Relevant professional / career experience is ideal, but we understand that this may be limited, for example in the case of newly qualified graduates - in these cases demonstrating some working experience during studies (e.g. business traineeship or internship) is important.
