**About Selecto**:
Selecto is a product design agency. Designers here are strategic, and goal-oriented, bringing a deep understanding of visual design, user experience, user interface design, and engineering possibilities. In collaboration with other team members, clients and users we create B2B and B2C products where logic meets aesthetics. Among our clients: Vodafone, Abbott, P&G, Vezeeta, and many other startups becoming successful products because of the user-centred approach.

**We would describe our everyday life as follows**:

- Product design from research to release.
- Diversity of interesting design-oriented B2C/B2B projects with no enterprise long-terms
- A high bar for functional and emotional design.
- Direct communication with customers - workshops, pitching ideas, interviews, brainstorming.
- Continuous work on our processes, team development, and internal design culture.

**Must haves**:

- Deep understanding of UX design principles and methodologies.
- Strong and modern visual design skills.
- Good communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate at least).
- Highly developed team play skills.
