We are hiring the best talent for **Jr Finance Analyst** to be located in **São Paulo, Brazil (Relocation Not Applicable)**.

**Purpose**

The Jr Finance Analyst is responsible for good processing disputes and development support in the process for specific business MRCs and markets in Latam by JNJ Global Services. This position report to Credit E Collection Senior Analyst.

Ensure that adequate and effective internal controls are in place, that processes and policies are established and documented in compliance with WWP, ICH, DTP and other control requirements.

Work on continuous improvement programs to standardize and improve the efficiency of disputes management process across various entities.

Key responsibilities
- Customer risk assessment and mitigation:

- Research and help in the resolution of errors in system or process.
- Escalates issues as needed.
- Contacts internal areas to resolve disputes or provide guidelines.
- Identify risks / potential areas for negotiation.
- Partners with ITC and Deliver leadership in continuous improvement process the resolutions disputes
- Is responsible for providing analytical and systems support to collections Team creating and maintaining specialized reporting and queries.
- Responsible for system data validation, knowing where to obtain the data sources, and presenting the data in a format that allows management to make strategic decisions.
- Define best practices by identifying and understanding the root cause and implementing appropriate actions that will provide end-to-end processes improvements to drive customer satisfaction.
- Support monitor KPI results to meet the commitment of Service Level Agreement and deliver high quality of service.
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager.

**Qualifications**

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- 2 years of experience in similar roles (required)
- Technology proficiency in Microsoft Office (required)
- 1-3 working experience in AR & credit management, preferably from MNCs
- Experience in shared services center of a multinational corporation desirable
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, FSCM) is a plus
- Teamwork spirit and can work under pressure
