**What you will enjoy doing**:

- Lead development projects of plastic packaging solutions.
- From project initiation until project close-out, you lead from product design, pilot development, production development, qualification and successful handover into the production.
- Develops adequate project plans for managing the project objectives, scope, schedule, resources, and budgets.
- As a project manager, you demonstrate leadership and decision-making through the execution of product development projects.
- Coordinate activities with internal stakeholders, suppliers and customers -world-renowned companies.
- Identifies and resolves technical issues and risks to achieve project goals by considering the whole process chain (test and downstream equipment, machine accessories, format parts).

**What makes you great**:

- You got a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferably with complementary studies in Packaging, and Plastics engineering.
- You have project management experience, ideally more than three years in the plastics industry or serial production industry (e.g. automotive, packaging, or similar).
- You bring forward technical knowledge of HDPE, PP and PET resins, and understanding of mold and design construction.
- You speak English fluently.
- You have global ambition and desire to immerse yourself in a diverse culture.
- Your communication skills are supported by respect and trust.
- You enjoy travelling and participating on a cross-regional team.
