We are currently seeking an Ad Operations Manager responsible for supporting digital ad campaign initiatives for a variety of airline, hotel, car and vacation clients.

**In this role, you will**:

- Ensure timely and fully executed trafficking of ad campaigns across multiple products and platforms
- Own the creation of processes, best practices & SLAs to improve efficiency and accuracy of campaign implementation
- Responsible for organizing, QAing and trafficking digital assets for multiple ad serving platforms
- Troubleshoot tracking-related issues, analytics reporting/delivery discrepancies and implementation
- Assist with documenting, updating, and maintaining ad specs, trafficking, and workflow procedures
- Serve as point of contact with key internal partners to improve Ad Operations performance such as Ad Systems and Product Management
- Proactively monitor campaign delivery to ensure good performance
- 7+ years of ad operations experience
- Proven track record carrying out KPI-driven campaign strategies and delivering on them
- Strong understanding of the digital advertising space, ad technologies and platforms
- In depth technical knowledge for issues involved in running online ad campaigns across all mediums (Display, Native, Social, Video)
- Strong analytical ability, proactively analyze data to identify issues and build solutions
- High attention to detail
- Proficient in English and Portuguese required, Spanish is a plus
- Experience crafting robust processes to improve efficiency and achieve goals
- Experience with Web Analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc)
- Experience with Tags and Audience management
- BA/BS degree with a strong academic record
- Good sense of humor and loves working in an unstructured, fast paced environment
