**About The Role**:
RWS is looking for a Customer Quality Terminologist with a keen eye for detail, interested in Localization, Linguistics, or Translation to work with us in a multicultural environment.
Our client is a Fortune 100 company located on the US West Coast. Quality Terminologists will be asked to develop and maintain multilingual terminology assets on behalf of the client and also lead and coordinate the client’s requests with translation/language teams.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain multilingual and monolingual terminology assets
- Identify key terms and defining concepts in support of localization and content publishing
- Lead and coordinate linguistic and terminological requests with translation/language teams
- Active contributor to process and system improvements
- Use the client’s proprietary terminology management and process management tools
**Skills & Experience Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate as part of cross-functional teams
- Excellent research and analytical skills with linguistic and multicultural expertise
- Ability to achieve work objectives efficiently and on a timely manner
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve terminology-related escalations and issues
- Very good organizational skills and detail-oriented; ability to work under pressure and prioritize efficiently
- 3+ years’ work-related experience (including linguist and terminology management experience)
- Bachelor’s degree in linguistics
- Position to cover the time between USA/UK (will cover at the minimum between 8-10am PT)
- Languages: Native or near-native English Required with an additional foreign language, preferred
- Software: Familiarity with Microsoft tools
