(Accountabilities)
- Revise and store project documentation and registers
- Develop digital tools to improve the department’s processes and project portfolio management
- Support department with project planning using MS Project
- Develop statistical analysis related to technical projects handled within the department
- Perform audits on projects to ensure full adherence to the execution model and provide quality reports
- Contribute to the continuous routine improvement
- Develop KPI dashboard using excel and power BI
- Working according to the company HSSE rules
- Contribute to develop internal training material
