Come make history with us and be part of the GWM We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team.
Based in our Office, this professional will manage all GWM indicators.
**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Organize and improve internal KPIs decomposition according to the business and management characteristics of each department, and balance the support and rationality of the target.
Be responsible for KPIs management analysis and improvement within the company to fully expose process problems and promote the rapid resolution of problems through company-level meetings, etc.
Set up a KPI monitoring platform to implement process monitoring and timely warn of process abnormalities.
Rectification, Adjustment and Evaluation Incentive in the process of organizational performance management.
Organize and hold operation regular meetings to provide support for leaders' decision-making.
Establish performance management system documents and form standardized processes.
Responsible for collecting and summarizing industry policies and excellent enterprise business models to provide a basis for management decisions.
Analyze the external macro-environment, such as politics, economy, industry dynamics and competing automobile products to provide business decision-making directions.
Based on the corporate policy to decompose into each department and monthly implementation plan to ensure the comprehensive undertaking of company policy；
Responsible for policy & plan process monitoring and summary to form the PDCA cycle management.
Have working experience in Automobile enterprises.
**QUALIFICATION**:
- Bachelor degree or above in computer science, Business or related field
- MBA is desirable;
- English (Fluent);
- Portuguese (home language);
**WORKPLACE**:GWM Office Morumbi/SP
**WORK REGIME**:3 in person x 2 home office
