Key Responsibilities: *
- Work with the Head of Interactive to plan project scope and the milestone schedules for each BBTV Interactive game, also preparing the relevant statement of work for the game developer.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget and to quality targets, having the tough conversations necessary to rebalance those goals effectively.
- Monitor KPI performance for released games and work with the Interactive team and the Senior Producer to continually update and add features to improve KPIs.
- Analyze the successes and failures of our games to effectively collaborate with the Head of Interactive on how to plan the next round of games.
- Collaborate with the Interactive team to build out product roadmaps for all of our games.
- Facilitate and review play testing of games, obtaining player feedback to provide suggestions to improve overall game quality.
- Assist the Head of Interactive with recruiting new consultants as necessary to ensure all projects are sufficiently resourced to achieve their respective deadlines.
- Remove roadblocks for game designers and developers to ensure a smooth and efficient development process.
- Always effectively communicate the status of each game to the Head of Interactive, including time and quality targets and any relevant KPI risks.
- Build and improve upon internal processes as necessary to facilitate team growth and efficiency.

**Key Skills and Requirements**:

- 5+ years of full-cycle experience in the mobile game industry in a producer role including managing relationships with external developers or IP holders.
- Skilled in multitasking the project management of a number of games simultaneously at different stages of development.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record of communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- A charismatic self-starter with a positive attitude and a desire to drive initiatives across the finish line.
- Comfortable with term sheets and legal agreements.
- Resourceful in making decisions in a timely manner, with the ability to empower our team and partners to troubleshoot and problem solve.
- Able to handle constructive feedback to support a “best idea wins” culture.
