**Procurement Analyst**:

- São Paulo, SP | Full Time-
At Maxihost, the Procurement area is responsible for the best negotiations with our suppliers, ensuring the acquisition of quality goods, services, and equipment. The Procurement Analyst will provid help and support in all the Import, International Purchase and Supply Chian activities, to guarantee the purchases on time.

If you have worked before in small and medium enterprises or startups, preferably in the field of technological services, you'll probably have the skills we want. It'll be a pleasure to receive your resume.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain the international supplier base through relationship development, supplier selection, supply agreements (including price negotiation where applicable), with continued supplier monitoring and evaluation.
- Follow all the purchasing processes, from the beginning to the end. Negotiate with vendors for supplies, to get better prices, terms, discounts, and confers with vendors to ensure prompt delivery.
- Monitoring the stock to guarantee a minimum level of goods, to attend the costumers’ orders.
- Review and maintain planning and purchasing contingencies to ensure a continued supply of products to our customers.
- Get ahead of customers’ orders and planning purchases to maintain a certain level of stock.
- Collaborate with teams to maintain and enhance the current operations and processes.
- Work with a third party to import goods from all over the world.Work with and participate in the strategic sourcing of parts for Maxihost’s infrastructure and operations.

**Skills**:

- Experience in Import Process, International Purchase and supply chain
- Strong English communication skills, both written and oral mandatory (C1 and above)
- Knowledge in Strategic Sourcing methodology
- Detailed analytical knowledge
- Strategic thinking
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or correlated
