**SOBRE A VAGA**

Estamos em busca de **TECH RECRUITER - PL**, para compor e agregar nosso Time de Recursos Humanos, onde você irá atuar com foco em Atração e Seleção de profissionais da área Tech, buscando expandir nossa operação de **Team Extension | Outsourcing**.

Você irá trabalhar de forma **híbrida**, na cidade de **Canoas/RS**e seu **modelo de contratação** será via **Cooperativa (Cooperado)**.

**SOBRE AS RESPONSABILIDADES**
- Recrutamento e seleção de profissionais da área de Tecnologia com base nas nessecidades de nossos clientes e para áreas de negócios internas da empresa;
- Irá atuar também com outras responsabilidades da área, como Endomarketing.

**O QUE BUSCAMOS - HARD SKILLS**
- Experiência com Tech Recruitment, com perfis de nível PLENO, SÊNIOR e ESPECIALISTA, dos mais diversos cargos da área tech;
- Experiência com uso de ATS e indicadores de R&S Tech para apresentação a Gestão e Diretoria;
- Experiência com Atração e Seleção do inicio ao fim;
- Dominio de Linkedin para trabalhar com mapeamento ativo - hunting;
- Experiência com R&S para consultorias de TI - diferencial.
