Responsible for handling the incident life cycle (Minor/Improvements/Low Priority issues);
Work with Operations and Software Developers teams on: availability, latency, performance, efficiency, change management, monitoring and emergency response.

(Always be assisted by a Mid Level Support Analyst or ++)

**If Customer Success**:
Service and Delivery quality management;
-Follow up with all customers and internal teams (Product and Delivery);
-Delivery deadlines management;
-Services and delivery performance indicators management;
-Escalate the problems to the responsible areas in order to prioritize solutions understanding the customer’s needs.

(Always be assisted by a Support Coordinator or ++.)

**Requirements**:
Degree (completed or finishing) in Computer Science (or similar field of study) or equivalent self-taught experience;
-Basic knowledge in Pacote Office;
-English speaker;
-Basic knowledge in Linux;
-Basic knowledge in MySQL;
