**Customer Service and Team Assistant LATAM (m/w/d)**

We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our exocad LATAM team as a Customer Service and Team Assistant focused on the LATAM region. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring our customers in Latin America receive top-notch support and assistance, while also providing crucial administrative support to our team.

**Responsibilities**:
- General Local Customer Service attention for Resellers
- Provide personalized assistance to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Coordinate with internal teams to escalate complex customer issues and ensure swift resolution
- Support on LATAM Events and Courses
- Support on LATAM Sales and Tech Team Assistance
- Support the team with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing travel arrangements
- Support on the Management of the Local Dongle Storage management and Distribution for the Local Resellers
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify process improvements and implement best practices for customer service and team efficiency
**Your profile and Skills**:
- Training or study programme in the commercial sector or comparable
- Min. 3 years of relevant working experience
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and build rapport
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and experience with CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges
- A positive attitude and a passion for helping others
- Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese is mandatory, ideally the mother language, Fluent in English both written and verbal, Spain proficiency is a plus
- Knowledge of the dental branch is a plus
- Own mobility is a plus
**Your living place - travel to the office**:
You should be based and live in São Paulo city - Brazil or having very good access to São Paulo city.
You will work on parts of the week at the Regus office (at Morumbi neighborood) and one part could be home-office.
