**Responsabilidades e atribuições**:

- Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Manager Legal at Latam to oversee and manage all legal affairs across HORSE, who will report to the Chief Legal Officer. This role blends strategic guidance with hands-on operational responsibilities, ensuring that legal matters are aligned with the company’s goals and objectives. You will be the go-to expert for all legal, compliance, and governance issues, driving HORSE’s growth while protecting its interests globally. This is an exciting opportunity for an all-rounder legal professional who is as comfortable providing strategic counsel to the leadership team as they are managing day-to-day legal operations. Key Responsibilities;
- Provide proactive, high-quality legal counsel to the CEO, leadership team, and other stakeholders on a variety of legal and compliance matters;
- Develop and implement legal strategies in Brazil, Argentina and Chile, that support HORSE’s business objectives, risk management, and long-term goals;
- Drive the establishment of legal frameworks and policies that align with the company’s growth and innovation trajectory;
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations;
- Manage and resolve disputes, litigation, and regulatory matters in collaboration with external legal advisors;
- Oversee compliance programs and ensure adherence to global regulations, including anti-bribery, anti-corruption, and data protection laws;
- Provide legal support for corporate governance, including board meetings, resolutions, and shareholder agreements;
- Work closely with departments to provide legal advice on employment law, commercial contracts, intellectual property, and tax-related issues;
- Engage with external partners, regulatory bodies, and government agencies to ensure the company’s legal interests are protected and represented effectively;
- Foster a culture of legal and ethical awareness across the organization through training and communication initiatives.

**Requisitos e qualificações**:

- Graduation in law;
- Solid legal experience, with management scope;
- Strong background in business law (corporate and commercial) in a multinational company. Sensitivity to Employment legal matters is a plus;
- Fluency in English is mandatory and proficiency in additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese, or Turkish) is a plus;
- Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is a strong plus;
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills;
Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional, multicultural teams.
