Laboratory Assistant

**Location**: Cotia, São Paulo, Brazil

**Key Responsibilities**:
Delivers the minimum required average number of manual pours/day as per the global target and the target defined by the creation lab manager

Ensures compliance with all QHS&E procedures and proactively contributes to the improvement of lab safety

Keeps the personal collection of raw materials fresh and ensures all expired ones are removed from the personal workbench.

Adopts a culture of continuous improvement, and actively participates in LEAN projects

Operates with a team spirit mindset and supports the colleagues under high workload situations.

**We value**:
Bachelor’s degree or studying Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering.

English will be considered a differential.

CRQ or CRF available.

Previous experience in fragrance composition will be considered a differential.

Working and exchanging ideas with the team.

Assertive communication and good interpersonal skills.
