**About the role**:
As a Business Systems Analyst, you’ll act as the voice of the customer to ensure that our teams continue to deliver more best-in-breed products that advance the way we pay, bank and invest. You’ll work as part of a team and must be a self
- motivated, proactive, and out-of-the-box thinker.

**About the team**:
**What you will be doing**:

- Working within a team to define business requirements and/or enhancements to existing products and services or investigating new offerings as required.
- Working with a project team to determine how to best verify and validate new product features and/or services prior to introduction to existing or new clients.
- Conducting tests to ensure changes made by programmers are correct or new installations/services meet the end user requirements.

**What you will need**:

- Knowledge of financial services industry and an understanding of end-to-end systems development life cycles.
- A bachelor’s in a business related field, information systems or equivalent experience.

**Added bonus if you have**:
Payments industry experience

Prior analysis or testing experience in the cards (credit, debit or prepaid) industry.

Any BASE2000, BASE Global and/or Payments One Experience
