O Tour Pusher é responsável por auxiliar o Gerente da Sonda na gestão dos interesses da empresa no local da sonda com relação à saúde, segurança e meio ambiente (HSE), clientes, implementação do programa do poço, relatórios e pessoal.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Conduzir reuniões pré-tour e toolbox com a tripulação da plataforma.
- Supervisionar todos os departamentos de plataformas. Treinar e avaliar a tripulação da plataforma.
- Garantir que os riscos sejam avaliados e mitigados, e que as políticas de SMS sejam comunicadas e seguidas no local da plataforma.
- Contato com o representante do cliente no local da sonda para implementar o programa de poços e manter um relacionamento positivo.
- Planejar, organizar e gerenciar operações diárias de sonda, incluindo perfuração, teste de poço, work-over, contrato de poço, rig down, rig move e rig up.
- Supervisionar as principais e críticas das operações, e garantir que todas as operações sejam devidamente planejadas e supervisionadas.
- Verificar a conformidade de SMS do local de trabalho antes de assinar as licenças de trabalho.
- Direcionar a aplicação de programas de manutenção planejada e preventiva.
- Manter equipamentos e sistemas operacionais, definindo prioridades em reparos de equipamentos.
- Monitorar o uso de equipamentos e sistemas de sondas e garantir que os parâmetros e limites operacionais sejam observados. Supervisionar testes de equipamentos e sistemas.
- Planejar o trabalho para a tripulação da plataforma.

**Requisitos mínimos**:

- Disponibilidade para atuar no turno da noite
- Disponibilidade para trabalhar Offshore
- Disponibilidade para embarques por Macaé ou Rio de Janeiro/RJ
- Curso Técnico (Petróleo, Produção, Mecânica, Eletrônica, Mecatrônica ou outras áreas relacionadas)
- Experiência no segmento de Óleo e Gás com essas atividades
