From discovery and product concept to launch and growth, our product managers drive the initiatives that make our products irresistible for our customers because they solve immediate and long-term problems. As a member of the Institutional Tribe, you will be a crucial player in building the infrastructure of the next generation of financial services.
As our **Institutional Cross Border Product Manage**r you will lead one of our most exciting product verticals: cross-border payments.
**Your impact**:
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for new and existing payment API based products.
- Define the right business strategies, objectives and priorities in alignment with the Bitso Institutional Tribe's vision.
- Spend significant time with customers and partners and translate the insights and requirements into scalable products.
- Define, plan and execute the Cross Border Roadmap.
- Lead a multidisciplinary squad and coordinate with other squads to constantly deliver value to our customers in a cohesive product experience.
- Be the voice of your team across the organization.
- Ensure that the Institutional Tribe's Cross Border team's OKRs are achieved, proactively eliminating blockers and executing solutions.
**Who you are**:
- 4+ years of experience in Product Management / Product Ownership, managing a multidisciplinary team to build, improve, and launch a digital product.
- Experience in the Cross Border / Remittance industry.
- Experience with a B2B environment.
- Demonstrated success launching and scaling platform products with public APIs, SDKs, or toolkits keeping in mind the developer experience.
- Ability to understand complex technical, regulatory, financial, and operational requirements.
- Experience using agile methodology isa must.
- English language proficiency (minimum 90%).
- Spanish and/or Portuguese is a strong plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You're intellectually curious and think creatively.
- Latam experience is a plus.
- Crypto experience is a plus.
