**THE OPPORTUNITY**
We are hiring a Creative Studio Designer Senior to our Marketing team in São Paulo
This is a great opportunity for an experienced creative who wants to be part of a new global team. As a Creative Studio Designer. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional areas and key stakeholders to explore, execute Key visuals, campaigns and projects Gympass' brand across different channels. You will be responsible for developing visual concepts as well as executing from start to finish and overseeing creative roll out and assets production (3Ds / Films / Illustrations / etc). This role will report to the Global Head of Creative Studio.
**YOUR IMPACT**
- Generate attention-grabbing ideas that will entice the consumer or target audience;
- Client liaison to develop a strong understanding of client requirements and objectives
- Creating ideas that can be used across various platforms to support campaigns (B2B and B2C audiences)
- Staying one step ahead of competitors by researching current media trends
- Present creative solutions and visuals to stakeholders, defend creative decisions, and incorporate feedback;
- A thorough understanding of the creative process and clearly convey the established brand guide through all marketing materials, ensuring accurate interpretation of the design guide;
- Become a trusted partner to the Brand Strategy and Marketing teams. Together, you'll articulate strategies and defend creative solutions to gain team consensus.
- Lead the creation of cohesive creative assets across the whole user journey. That's from ideation (creative concepting) to implementation (e.g. social media assets, web pages, event platforms, presentations, swag, event graphics etc.)
- Lead process with agency partners and suppliers in all aspects of the program; initial briefing, big idea, creative landing, production, broadcast, pushing back in what you feel it won't work and always pushing towards excellence.
**WHO YOU ARE**
- An experienced professional with 5+ years working as a brand designer, or equivalent experience in social/content design across both digital, social and experiential;
- Strong sense of design principles, typography, layout, attention to detail, and conceptual skills;
- Able to think creatively and to drive new ways to visually support everything from broad strategic concepts to design functionality;
- Excellent organizational and communication skills;
- Confidence in client-facing situations, need to be confident enough to share and sell their ideas in a compelling and clear way;
- Someone positive, with ready to work attitude;
- Up-to-date with current design and technology trends;
- Proficient with production software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma).
- Advanced English skills
