Our **R&D Brazil Beauty & Wellbeing** team is embarking on an exciting journey as it **leading an exciting program for B&W Brazil Innovation funnel.**

The Brazil B&W Regulatory Affairs Manager will do & lead the regulatory activities for Brazil B&W Innovation Process, providing regulatory input, mainly for Formulation and Claims Assessments, and also contribute at regional level.

**What you can expect from the role?**
- Lead & Make the Brazil Regulatory Assessments for B&W, focusing on Formulation evaluation according to regulatory framework.
- Provide Regulatory input and Participates in the Claims Meetings.
- Be the regulatory expert in the development of B&W claims, working with colleagues from other functions, creating the space to craft winning claims.
- Lead & executes regulatory risk assessments.
- Provides regulatory updates affecting the B&W Business.
- Provides regulatory support to the management of B&W Issues.
- Keep track of KPI’s for Innovation Projects, providing info for RA B&W Scorecard
- Works with consultants and external regulatory experts (ie: for Supplements, Pharma, etc)
- Provides Brazil & Latam regulatory input to the GRAMs for Hair and Skin care.
- Participates in Global Networks/Town Halls giving the Brazil/Latam contribution into them.
- Communicates information on issues and regulatory news.
- May represent Unilever on specific topic in external bodies.
- Identifies changes and anticipates regulatory challenges for the future which could drive the external influencing agenda as input for the B&W advocacy agenda and innovation plans.
- Drives to Create the external space to enable B&W innovations and claims.
- Develops and maintains excellent interfaces with internal and external relevant partners.
- Lead & Keeps track of Brazil RA Issues Matrix.

**Does this sound like you?**
- Bachelor degree in Pharmacy, Chemical/Food Engineering/Science or Biological Science, Chemistry or related discipline required.
- Preferably experience on Latam HPC regulations.
- Technical leadership, with preferably experience in Cosmetics formulations & claims.
- Experience in active collaboration with R&D and non-R&D functions.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong communication skills.
- Leadership team experience.
- Strong team mindset. Experience in partnering both internally and externally across many functional interfaces.
