**O que você fará neste cargo**:

- Verificação da fila de chamados de Field Services
- Atendimento local e remoto aos chamados, dentro do SLA
- Contato direto com os clientes
- Instalação e reparos de hardware e software de equipamentos e dispositivos de informática
- Vistorias e testes para manutenção preventiva
- Reporte do status dos atendimentos a Central de Serviços, comunicando o fechamento de chamados
- Realizar inventário dos equipamentos de TI e Telecomunicações
- Manter e organizar salas técnicas
- Realizar testes em câmeras offline para restabelecer o serviço
- Realizar passagem de cabeamento e ativação do serviço

**E o que você precisa para participar**:

- Ensino Médio Completo + Cursos na área
- Conhecimento em Telecomunicações
- Conhecimento em Microinformática - Hardware e Software
- Conhecimento em cabo UTP, cabeamento estruturado e par metálico
- Experiência na área de Telecomunicações e no atendimento ao cliente.

**O que será considerado um diferencial**:

- Conhecimento em câmeras físicas

**Escolaridade Mínima**: Ensino Médio (2º Grau)
