**Project Manager - Seismic Processing**:
Rio de Janeiro - Brazil

Job specifications:

- Manage the execution of seismic processing projects according to the defined project lifecycle
- Acting in all phases of the project, with the team, to ensure the success and quality of deliveries.
- Control the allocation of resources and activities within the Projects. Plan costs, deadlines, and resource allocation ensuring project execution within challenging goals.
- Hold meetings on project cost non-compliances and create and execute actions to lessen the impact of project cost non-compliances on the organization.
- Manage the Project team and activities in different areas (technical, managerial, cost, resource allocation, mentoring) within the projects.
- Develop project management documentation (Schedule, Project Plan, Communication Plan);
Job Qualifications:
Technical:

- Preferably experience with OBN processing including pre-processing and velocity model building
- Experience in pre-salt basin and/or similar geology
- Preferably Omega and petrel experience
- Minimum 8 years of seismic processing experience including testing, quality control and production work
- Experience managing multiple projects and mentoring people
- Project management experience
- Experience managing team with more than 10 people

Soft Skills:

- Good communication in Portuguese and English
- Ability to work with a big team and integrate well the tasks and resources
- Good management hybrid working (home office and presential)
- Good time management
- Strong project management skills
- Possess strong problem solving and inter-personal skills, working closely and collaboratively with colleagues and clients
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write clear and concise technical reports and documents.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bsc/MSc in Geophysics or similar field with geophysical experience
