The Events and Experiences team brings the magic of Google to life through physical experiences that make our brand tangible, human, and shareable. You will collaborate across teams and departments to create delightful, one-of-a-kind experiences that leave a lasting impression.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for leading, planning and driving a strategic acceleration plans focusing on the growth of our business, products, and initiatives. You will develop marketing strategy and lead the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives aimed at growing Google product usage and enhancing the Google brand perception.

The Brand and Reputation Marketing team is tasked with demonstrating Google’s contribution to the societies and economies of the countries where we operate.

The team’s focus areas are proving Google’s helpfulness in driving economic growth and showing Google’s digital responsibility. In the first area, through online and in-person courses and events, we strive to help people, small and midsize business owners, individuals, and developers gain new skills to advance their careers, find a job, and/or make their businesses more successful. When it comes to digital responsibility, we educate users about our broader online safety narrative, including how to take control of their data, how to be vigilant online, and how we are committed to helping them be safer online along the way.

You will partner with Sales, Communications, Public Policy, and other functions and Marketing teams in order to deliver on key priorities in the market, and also be an advocate for Google brand equity.

Our job is to demonstrate how Google's products solve the world's problems-from the everyday to the epic, from the mundane to the monumental. And we approach marketing in a way that only Google can-changing the game, redefining the medium, making the user the priority, and ultimately, letting the technology speak for itself.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to the culture of the Brazilian Marketing team and drive marketing campaigns and initiatives from planning to execution, tracking analysis.
- Use data-driven insights to support developing strategies and action plans, including data-driven insights to support strategies and action plans, including prioritizations.
- Drive creative strategies for communicating our messages/narratives and lead overall related campaign execution, including production of events and experiences to ensure flawless execution.
- Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., Public Policy, Communications, Google.org, etc.) in driving holistic messaging through key opinion formers.
- Own and drive digital workshop product, content, and partnership strategy. Oversee ongoing work in collaboration with relevant Product teams to scale the program's impact. Be the brand equity advocate of localizations for global and regional programs.
