Vestas LATAM (LAT) is an independent Sales Business Unit (SBU) within Vestas Wind Systems A/S, covering markets in the Latin America region. The SBU is divided into three Sub-Regions, Latam North, Latam South and Brazil.

The position could be based either in Mexico or Brazil and would be dealing mainly with compleiance matters in the countries included in the area.

**Responsibilities**

Compliance Matters (Ethics Line, Management of Compliance program, Development of Compliance initiatives);
Corporate books and records;
Procurement: Negotiation of contracts for direct and indirect procurement and claims management;

**Qualifications**

Law Degree for a country in LATAM

Fluent in English and Portuguese/Spanish
