**Job Description**:
Fitch Ratings is currently seeking an Associate Director with structured finance experience in Brazil. Fitch's Structured Finance team in Brazil is responsible for the credit ratings of local market transactions mainly structured via Fundos de Investimentos em Direitos Creditórios (FIDCs) and securitization companies (CRIs and CRAs).
The portfolio includes public ratings covering a variety of transaction and asset types, including asset-backed securities (ABS), residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS) commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) and structured credit (SC). The team's output consists of annual surveillance reviews, new issue ratings, and sector research reports which are published primarily through Fitch's website. Analysts present regularly to market participants at conferences and other events.
- Previous relevant analytical experience with securitization via FIDC and/or Securitization Companies is highly preferred.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to effectively coordinate development of dynamically changing performance analytics needs.
- Proven database management and macro-development skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, verbal and written, both in English and Portuguese.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills coupled with the ability to formulate and deliver clear and concise messages.
- Ability to actively participate in meetings conducted in English and Portuguese and read and comprehend legal documents.
- Team orientation, with ability to effectively build relationships both externally and internally.
