**What will you do?**:
Your main focus, as a People Partner, will be** Hiring & Attraction, Career Develoment and People Operations, **by:

- Managing recruitment processes
- Managing career and development plans
- Working closely with managers to facilitate agile, effective, and differentiated team management
- Making the experience of working at Infraspeak something unique, personalized, and extraordinary, either at the office or remotely
- Managing our Office in Florianópolis (organize & inventory, events, equipment, accesses)
- Managing employee admission and dismissal processes
- Managing contact with external entities (accounting service providers and others)
- Enlighten the team on salary processing topics or any other relevant process
- Making sure all Infraspeakers have what they need to be at their best and perform better every day
- Enabling our top management in their day-to-day operations
- Making sure we have the coolest and most functional offices with a clear Infraspeak identity, regardless of their location and size
