**IT Project Manager**: **Ringba** is committed to taking the initiative and making decisions with integrity. In this career on our Support Engineering team you will be very organized, bring a history of navigating complex problems within the ticketing (Tier 1, Tier II) arena, and bring an understanding of both basic programming (RESTful API skills) and project management so you can help our team organize more effectively. You are used to coordinating with Product Owners, being challenged by an Agile environment, customers, and peers to guarantee each project is moving in the right direction every day. Our call tracking platform and brand are **very well known in our arena**, our software has won numerous awards, and we are thriving. Our team of 40+ people are located all over the world and our innovative software helps businesses connect with new customers over the phone. We have been an entirely remote company since 2015 and are succeeding in our mission of helping our clients grow their businesses. **Responsibilities / What you'll do**: - Conduct management of each issued ticket and participate in technical deep-dives with very intelligent, experienced engineers. - Prior, relevant hands-on technical & management experience of support teams and skills - troubleshoot, debug, evaluate, and resolve software and related customer and client issues. - Provide direction and leadership that maintains structure, procedures, and standard ways of working that follow a common language for project delivery. - Assume responsibility for the flow and management of the Ringba ticketing and support system design, analysis, and activities, including time and cost estimates, projection of hardware and software requirements, and people resources. - Review support engineering project and ticketing requests, coordinate schedules and related departmental activities, and evaluate the work of peers regarding ticketing and support. - Provide progress reports on activities against plan and budget. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience presenting, facilitating tough decisions, as well as a passion for teaching and coaching on the front line. Bring a decision-making capacity within a critical environment. - Help maintain business management relationships where support engineering work is being performed. **Requirements / What you need**: - Be a great proactive communicator. - Experience in programming and systems with at least two years in leading support or related teams. - Basic programming skills including experience with REST APIs or RESTful APIs and scripting in modern program languages. - Develop, evaluate, and simplify current working procedures and improve organization team structure to "unblock" team members. - Handle the onboarding of new clients (Trello, Asana) - Perfect grammar, professional tone, and friendly conversation flow. - Reliable computer and internet connection. - Quiet remote work environment free from distractions. **Bonus Points**: - Experience with Freshdesk To be absolutely clear, we are looking to hire someone to be a long-term, permanent member of our team.
