The position also requires keeping close interaction with business, attending to inquiries and needs, and leading the Controllership team, developing members to their best.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

Reporting/Compliance:

- Reporting of Financial Statements in Local and USGAAPS
- Comply with SOX controls
- Ensure compliance with Transfer Pricing Study
- Attend Internal and External Audit requirements.

Tax:

- Ensure timely and correct compliance with all Tax obligations (Income Tax and Indirect Taxes)
- Income Tax Provision and return calculation
- Tax Package reporting.

Team Builder:

- Build a strong and proactive Team with a sense of urgency and resilience
- Develop others to their best and support all members with their career paths.

Business Partner:

- Act as a Business Partner, understand business requirements, and analyze the impact on the business to prioritize efforts and resources.

Minimum Education:

- University - Accountant

Experience Years:

- 5-7 years of experience in accounting

Special Certifications:

- Advanced Excel Level
- Advanced written and oral English
- Ideally Spanish

- Self-Starter / self-managed
- Detail oriented
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment within a diversified workforce
- Ability to interpret and explain complex legislation to non-accounting specialists
