**What you’ll do**:
As a Chatbot Developer, you will design, develop, and implement engaging and intelligent voice and chat experiences using Microsoft Bot Framework, Bot Composer, and Azure Cognitive Services. You will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to ensure optimal performance and seamless integration.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build user interfaces for internal and external clients.
- Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
- Create unit and integration tests and document them.
- Document technical solutions and participate in code reviews.
- Integrate data storage solutions and user authentication systems.

**Technical skills and experience**:

- Experience with Microsoft Bot Framework, Bot Composer, Azure Cognitive Services.
- Proficiency in JSON and software development/testing on platforms like Python/ Rust/ JS.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience connecting chatbots to various APIs.
- Understanding of NLU concepts like intent recognition and sentiment analysis.
- Minimum 2 years of project delivery experience.
