**Location: Canoas (hybrid)**
**Report: SR Manager Human Resources SA, HR & Supply Chain**

The HR professional will act in a wide range to ensure that all of the unit's HR process systems run effectively, as well as acting as a strategic partner to the **manufacturing unit's leadership achieving the expected results**, leading initiatives such as organizational design, talent management and talent acquisition (planning demand). The position of Manager, HRBP has the role of partnering with leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the company's strategic growth.

**Your Impact**
- This professional will be accountable for maintaining awareness of competitor practices, industry trends and recruitment standards.
- Will be responsible for performance appraisal, goal setting process, succession planning calibration, talent review and development actions with the business areas.
- Collaborates as a HR support in preparing and participating in negotiations with employees and labor groups.
- Supports HR events and programs in Canoas site.

**Your Experience and Qualifications**
- Complete Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar areas.
- Solid experience working as a HRBP Specialist for **Manufacturing**area in automotive, agriculture or similar industry. Preferably with experience in shopfloor talent management functions, process engineering and supply chain areas as well.
- Experience with labor laws and negotiations with labor groups.
- Experience with Talent review, performance review and talent acquisition planning for business areas.
- Advanced or Fluent English in communication and writing is mandatory.
