**What you will do**:

- The IT Operations VIP Support Specialist provides critical support to the executive leadership. The position will provide technology support for BoE members or executive leadership staff, specifically related technology needs for community events, BoE and leadership meetings and any other events involving BoE members or executive leadership. The analyst will collaborate with other members of the technology team to ensure that the technology needs are met as it relates to the planning and execution of events. This work will be completed mostly on-site at the Trustly's Vitória Office. The position may require work after-hours or weekends (as needed);
- Installation and configuration of the environment for the user;
- Identify current problems and propose solutions, providing corrective and preventive maintenance;
- Make backups and other security procedures of stored data;
- Perform other related tasks requested by the immediate supervisor.

**Who you are**:

- Solid experience in IT Support area;
- Experience with MacOS; JAMF;
- Fluent English;
- Behavioral skills: Problem analysis and solution; Dynamism and Organization and Proactivity.

Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Slack, GMail, Google Calendar, Google Meets, Zoom, MS Office, MS Windows admin;
- Technical or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences or related knowledge areas.
