**Product Designer (remote)**

Effectiff is looking for Product Designer to join our development team. In this position, you will be an active member of the team, you will generate ideas and hypotheses on an equal basis with all participants in the development process and participate in shaping the vision of our new product (web).

**Responsibilities **include (but not limited to):

- conduct product design researches,
- create user scenarios and detailed prototypes,
- create a product graphic concept,
- describe the logic of the product interface,
- after development and launch: support and work on improvements and new features.

**Qualifications**:

- at least 2 years’ experience in the field of design, interfaces prototyping of (UX / UI)
- a portfolio with completed projects is required (preferably complex web interfaces)
- understanding of the principles of web layout, the ability to explain your ideas to developers
- experience in product research: CusDev, CJM
- confidence and ability to take responsibility for building systems from scratch;
- the ability to draw up, present and maintain short-term and long-term plans;
- interest in product work and the ability to see the global goal behind particular development issues.
