Alinhamento de perfil junto aos gestores internos;
Mapeamento de mercado;
Participar de programas de jovens aprendizes e estagiários;
Triagem e entrevistas;
Participará da Integração de novos funcionários.

**Qualifications**

Conduzir o ciclo completo de recrutamento e seleção, desde a identificação de necessidades de pessoal até a integração bem-sucedida dos novos funcionários;
Colaborar com as lideranças internas para entender as necessidades específicas de contratação e desenvolver perfis de cargos detalhados;
