Clinical Trial Manager
My Client who is a full-service clinical CRO is currently looking for a Clinical Trial Manager (PM) to join their team in Buenos Aires, Argentina or San Paolo, Brazil. They provide Phase I to IV clinical development services to biotechnology, pharmaceutical and medical devices companies. They offer an industry recognised 2 month training allowing you to step in and learn all you need to know about the role and the company. They also have a lot of opportunities for promotion with quarterly performance reviews offering excellent growth for the right talent.
**Some of the responsibilities**:
Manage and provide accountability for day-to-day operations of the project, as defined by the contract
Serve as primary Sponsor contact for operational project-specific issues and study deliverables
Maintain in depth knowledge of protocol, therapeutic area, and indication
Responsible for management of study vendor
Manage site quality, including direct supervision of project Clinical Research Associates and monitoring deliverables
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in a health-related field; Advanced degree in a health-related field preferred
Experience in Phases 1-4; Phases 2-3 preferred
5+ years as a project/clinical trial manager within a CRO
Management of overall project timeline
Fluent in English
