**Description**:
We are on a mission to contribute to a **zero-waste future** by drastically reducing food waste, fuel consumption, costs, and most importantly, **CO₂ emissions** in the airline industry. Every role in our company is a direct contributor to this vision—and as a **Technical Recruiter**, you’ll be at the heart of building the team that makes it possible. You’ll primarily focus on hiring for technical roles (e.g., software engineers), but will also support hiring across product, operations, and other functions as needed.

You will report to our **Head of Finance and HR** and collaborate closely with hiring managers across all departments to identify, attract, and onboard top-tier talent. You will be responsible for managing multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously, ensuring a proactive, detail-oriented, and strategic approach to recruitment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct initial screenings and interviews, assess technical and cultural fit, and coordinate interview loops.
- Track and analyze pipeline metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve conversion rates.
- Partner with HR and Communications to improve our employer branding.

**What will make you successful**:

- At least 3 years of experience recruiting in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously with a high level of organization and attention to detail
- Experience recruiting for technical roles such as software engineers
- Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess both technical qualifications and cultural fit
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics tools
- Familiarity with European hiring practices and remote hiring compliance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote work environment
