**Sua função**:
You will be responsible for the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) function within the LATAM Region. You will support the Regional CRO by functioning as an independent second line of responsibility department, and act in line with the Risk Mission and Vision and in close collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Regional Management and Group Integrated Risk.

The Manager IRM provides strong risk and compliance governance by maintaining a clear, effective and efficient risk management framework, enabling forward-looking risk management, and proactively monitoring first line activities and forming an independent view of individual risks, consolidated risks and a holistic enterprise-wide risk perspective to support leadership in managing enterprise-wide risks.

You will be the driver for bringing the Regional IRM organization to the next level.
- Leading role in building the Regional IRM organization in LATAM.
- Responsible for all IRM matters, including implementation and enhancement.
- Independent monitoring and challenge of the design and operational effectiveness of first line risk management.
- Advise Regional CRO and Regional Management regarding risks & controls.
- Ensure compliance with policies and legal and regulatory requirements.
- Timely and accurate reporting of IRM matters and risk and control activities.
- Maintain the LATAM Risk Appetite Statement and monitor adherence to the included Key Risk Indicators.
- Act as the second line of responsibility for providing oversight and assessing the maturity of the Risk Control Framework.
- Ensure the quality of Operational Risk Management, Findings & Action Management and related Archer reporting.
- Train LATAM members on IRM topics to strengthen knowledge, awareness and alertness.

**Seu perfil**:

- At least 10 years of relevant working experience in the financial institutions (or related) with specific experience in Process, Controls, Finance and Enterprise / Integrated Risk Management.
- Advanced degree or equivalent work experience; Master’s degree in a financial discipline preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in end-to-end lease processes.
- Explicit knowledge and experience in DLL’s business is strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, able to comprehend and manage complex, multi stakeholder, processes, projects and topics.
- Ability to drive change in a multi-cultural environment using commercial, analytical, innovative and entrepreneurial skillset.
- Able to advise management on developing recommendations for process and control improvements and contribute to local (Risk) strategy.
- External Audit experience is a plus
- Knowledge about banking and financing rules in the four Latam countries DLL operates in the region.
- Strong non credit risk orientation (liquidity, market, operational, compliance, etc risks).
- Advanced English.
- Intermediate Spanish.
