**Objetivo do Cargo (Role)**:
**1) Responsible for part of the SKU’s manufactured at Itapevi Site, also sharing some core activities with a second Production manager (peer) all day-to-day activities related to the production area (like dispensing, line balances, SOP execution, IMEX plan, Serialization initiative, Budget efforts, etc )**:**2) Also, responsible to provide support to Itapevi manufacturing operation and balance current & projected workload due to**:

- **Magnesia Brand Divestiture**:

- **Operation redesign considering predominant imported FG vs. locally manufactured**:

- **Operation redesign to address lower volume absorption threshold**:
**3) Responsible for the management of another core area in Itapevi Site, the single Pfizer manufacturing operation in Brazil**:

- **Technical Services & Troubleshooting Pilot Plant**:
**By coordinating all activities related to troubleshooting for product deviations studies related to API/raw materials, reformulations. Also provide support to other areas related to product optimization and process robustness.**:**Additionally, to lead the Production and TS areas, the professional will provide support to continuous improvement projects in all areas; provide suitable training on problem resolution methodology and process improvements; and manage the Site’s KPI’s.**:**Is expected that the professional act in alignment with manufacturing division objectives and in total adherence to Pfizer values.**:
**Principais Responsabilidades (Responsibilities)**:

- **Day to day operation: Share the production management (areas of responsibility Manufacturing / Formulation / Packaging, to be defined)**:

- **Special project: Operation redesign to address lower volume absorption threshold**:

- **Culture transformation: Based on Pfizer values, work in conjunction with the current production manager in order to deliver the best scenario and path forward to transform the production area in a more Effective and Lean operation**:

- **Responsible for the Six sigma culture Management and colleagues training (Green & Yellow belts)**:

- **Site, ‘s balance score card and KPI’s management**:

- **Follow-up current KPI’s and develop new ones, mapping all process opportunities in all areas, identifying risks and anticipating actions related to derailed indicators.**:

- **To promote continuous improvement activities/initiatives, aiming to improve product cost and operational efficiency.**:

- **Support all areas in cost reduction and budget preparation initiatives.**:

- **Identify colleague’s development and training needs and sponsor Green & Yellow belts/M1 projects in all areas.**:

- **Enhance the use of M1, DEMAIC, 5S, etc**:

- **Implement the accelerator program (5S, VM, etc...) aligned with the timelines agreed with the organization.**:

- **Provide support to SW implementation in production and laboratory areas.**:

- **Support PGS “Tear meetings” in all levels of the organization, from shop floor to upper management. Evaluate meeting effectiveness and evaluate opportunities where applicable.**:

- **Prepare the Site for IMEX program implementation in the next 24 months.**:

- **Work closely with HR and leadership to colleague’s development and for the PCT new design.**:

- **To mapp opportunities and develop projects in the productive areas (production, quality, warehouse, maintenance, etc ) aiming for production process and resources optimization.**:

- **Support corporate initiatives related to organizational redesign and optimization process, following-up those initiatives with managers and areas.**:

- **Work jointly with Production and Supply areas in the installed capacity figures and in the production bottlenecks.**:

- **Work on process simplification and look for resources’ optimization, with total focus on patient, product quality, regulatory and compliance.**:
**Competências Específicas - Técnicas/ Funcionais/ Profissionais (Competences)**:

- **Long experience in manufacturing area, managing production teams under challenging circumstances and/or stretch goals**:

- **Knowledgeable of basic six sigma tools (DEMAIC) and familiarized with all PGS process improvement initiatives (CIP, 5S, SW, IMEX, etc )**:

- **Experience on process/tech transfer**:

- **Experience on process improvement and/or troubleshooting**:

- **Deep knowledge on ANVISA and local regulatory environment (knowledge about LATAM would be a upside)**:

- **Familiarized with Green/Black Belt certifications and/or Lean/Six Sigma.**:

- **Advanced knowledge on Excel and Statistics**:

- **Knowledge on basic project management tools.**:
**Experiência e Conhecimento (Expertise and Knowledge)**:

- **Native fluency in Portuguese.**:

- **Fluent in English and Spanish (the second is just desirable)**:

- **Minimum requirement: 5 - 10 years working as production manager**:

- **Pharmaceutical degree is a must**:

- **Superior soft and communication skills to manage shop-floor
