Responsável por suportar o desenvolvimento de novos negócios e produtos da companhia identificando e estabelecendo estratégias para mitigar potenciais riscos regulatórios na Companhia.

**Principais Atividades**
- Elaborar relatórios e apresentações operacionais da área;
- Acompanhar/gerir demandas administrativas Anatel (Ofícios/Requerimentos de Informações e Solicitações FOCUS);
- Analisar possíveis impactos regulatórios e aconselhar as partes interessadas internas sobre as diretrizes para plena aderência aos regulamentos vigentes;
- Disseminar/internalizar os regulamentos das instituições regulatórias;
- Identificar requisitos regulatórios e aprovações necessárias para o desenvolvimento de novos negócios e produtos.

**Conhecimento, Experiência e Formação**
- Desejável experiência profissional na realização de funções de contexto regulatório, em empresa Prestadora de Telecomunicações, ou Autarquia Federal;
- Superior cursando em Direito, Engenharia, ou Relações Internacionais.
