In your day-to-day, you will lead testing execution activities, collaborate in review meetings, identify and escalate QA issues, as well as guide others on the correct processes. With supervision, you will be responsible for creating test matrices and automated scripts, always focusing on translating business needs into your work. **Together we do what matters**.

Skills and experiences
- Proven experience in Quality Assurance and test automation
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Excellent communication in English (advanced to fluent) - required for daily interaction with international teams
- Ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative, and multicultural environment
- Analytical profile with strong attention to detail
- Advanced English (mandatory).

What you'll do
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in QA practices and tools
- Execute tasks independently with mínimal supervision
- Participate actively in agile team discussions and ceremonies
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to define test requirements and ensure alignment with project goals
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to ensure broad test coverage
- Identify, document, and track bugs and issues, ensuring timely resolution
- Propose innovative solutions to daily challenges and contribute to process improvements
